We are happy to provide a replacement or credit your account for any unwanted items or Products you are completely happy with or items bought in error that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase, providing the packaging is unopened and the goods are in resalable condition.
Software that has been opened, Printer Cartridges, Toners and Other Consumables will not be accepted for returns. Returns of items with damage to any bar-code, serial number or identification number will not be accepted. All cost relating to the return of items, including courier cost, shall be payable by the Customer. Handling fee on returns may be charged by Redefine IT Online.

Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used. Payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT / Direct Deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
