DELIVERY POLICY

Invoices and Deliveries will only be processed once payment has been cleared in our Redefine IT Online Bank Account.

We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via Door to Door Courier.

 

Locations we ship to:

We deliver anywhere within the borders of South Africa. We are not a registered exporter and therefore do not deliver goods outside the borders of South Africa, you may however arrange with your courier service to collect from us once an arrangement has been made. All invoices will carry a charge of 15% VAT

 

Shipping:

All orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.

All orders under a total of R1000 Delivery charges for every Order are quoted during the checkout process and will be added to the invoice where applicable.

Delivery is dependent on your geographical location. Alternate arrangements and additional pricing is required for areas outside the standard delivery areas.

 

Estimated delivery time:

We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 12pm Monday-Friday. All orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Delivery times are indicated on check-Out are estimated and not a guarantee of delivery date.

 

Accepting of Goods

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a responsible person at the delivery address to inspect and to sign for the order. Redefine IT Online will not accept liability for items that have been signed for in error.

 

Software Returns

Software is strictly non-returnable once opened. In the case of a faulty installation / keycode, we will refer you to the distributor helpline as the final decision lies with the respective distributor as Redefine IT Online is only a reseller.
