We are looking for a Remote Online Sales Consultant with a strong background in computer hardware to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue.
This position primarily entails the execution of customer services. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
- Assisting customers on live chat
- Processing of customer orders
- Providing purchase recommendations and sending out quotations
